Olivia joined Minor & Jester, P.C. in August of 2023. Her primary practice areas include estate planning, probate, and real estate law.
She began her legal career as a prosecutor in her hometown of Marshall, Texas. While there she gained valuable experience handling cases involving juvenile and domestic violence crimes. Concurrent with that role Olivia began assisting family and friends with wills, real estate, and entity documents. Discovering a passion for these practice areas she transitioned to focus on estate planning and probate matters in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Olivia gained additional practical experience by working at a title company for a brief period.
Through her continued service to clients and a commitment to continuing legal education, Olivia expanded her legal expertise to include complex trust and guardianship matters (both transactional and litigated). Today, as a valued member of the Minor & Jester team, Olivia handles the majority of our estate planning matters, and also actively engages in probate, real estates, and business law. Her multifaceted skill set and commitment to serving others make her an invaluable asset to our firm and a trusted advocate for our clients.
