I had just turned 62 and found myself unemployed for the first time in my life. After several months of job search, I was getting worried. I had several thousand in savings and did not want to lose it so I signed up and started receiving my Social Security payment. My credit cards kept growing and I ended up with over $30,000.00 in dept. I kept up with the payments until my savings ran out. I did not know what to do. I discussed my issue with two credit counseling agencies. Both of them said that a Chapter 7 bankruptcy was my only way to recover from this. I was very lucky that I was referred to Christopher Henry from one of the agencies. I went for a consultation and we agreed that Chapter 7 was the best option for me. I cannot say enough about Chris and his staff for the help they gave me. Chris explained, in great detail, how we would proceed with this. I had many questions and Chris responded to my emails almost instantly. Chris explained to me what would happen when we went to the meeting with the Trustee. He was again perfect. I would refer anybody to Christopher Henry. He made this entire process seamless.

Jill handled my divorce many years ago and was wonderful. This past month I needed help with child modification I contacted again. She was able to get me in fast. Very detailed and to the point. We hired Jill for a family law case with a very difficult opposing party. She handled the case with grace and composure when the opposing party was down right difficult. It took a long time to come to an agreement and a lot of back and forth but Jill was very professional and didn't mess around when it came to getting things wrapped up as fast as we needed them. We have used her twice so far once for the family law and another time for and adoption case !! He is quite astute, professional, and extremely well versed in the procedures of the Trustee court proceedings.
